An Experienced Litigator
With over 20 years of experience, attorney Matthew L. McBride III, the firm’s founder and principal attorney, began his legal career as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney. Mr. McBride acquired the skills necessary to litigate in a fast-paced environment where every case counted. Rising quickly through the ranks, he was assigned to handle an average of 30 cases per day before the Division’s Presiding Judge. This experience drove him to enter private practice as a civil litigator. Mr. McBride has first-chaired 18 jury trials to verdict and tried hundreds of bench trials.
During the majority of his legal career, he also represented his Brother Brian McBride, a former professional athlete and U.S. Men’s National Team soccer player.
Representing Fortune 500, Small Businesses And Individuals

Our Definition Of Success
Although sometimes trial is a necessity, McBride Law Offices, P.C., recognizes that “success” is usually not achieved through lengthy litigation. Rather, true “success” is primarily achieved by identifying goals early in the attorney-client relationship, reaching those goals as quickly as possible and keeping costs to a minimum. While no lawyer can guarantee how litigation will proceed, McBride Law Offices, P.C., will seek to craft a path to “success” with those ideals in mind.
